Order

Pursuant to Article 65 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of First Instance, applicable mutatis mutandis to the Tribunal by virtue of Article 3(4) of Council Decision 2004/752/EC, Euratom of 2 November 2004 establishing the European Union Civil Service Tribunal (OJ 2004 L 333, p. 7), until the entry into force of the Tribunal's Rules of Procedure, the Tribunal considers that, for the purposes of the preparatory inquiry in this case, it is necessary to examine the applicant in person and thus to order her personal appearance at the hearing.

On those grounds,

THE TRIBUNAL (First Chamber)

hereby orders :

The applicant must appear in person at the hearing of the First Chamber which will take place on 27 September 2006 at 15.00 hours in the Dalsgaard courtroom.
