THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECOND CHAMBER OF THE CIVIL SERVICE TRIBUNAL

makes the following

Order

1        Under Article 46(1) of the Rules of Procedure, which entered into force on 1 November 2007, in the interests of the proper administration of justice, the President may, at any time, after hearing the parties, order that two or more cases shall, on account of the connection between them, be joined for the purposes of the written or oral procedure or of the final decision.

2        By letter of 14 March 2011 the Tribunal informed the parties that it proposed to join the above cases for the purpose of the oral procedure and asked them to state their view on such joinder. The parties raised no objection in that regard.

3        As the above cases are connected by reason of the issues they raise, they should be joined for the purposes of the oral procedure.

On those grounds,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECOND CHAMBER OF THE CIVIL SERVICE TRIBUNAL

hereby orders:

1.      Cases F‑70/05 Mische v Commission and F‑93/05 Mische v Parliament are joined for the purposes of the oral procedure.

2.      The costs are reserved.
