By its action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks annulment of the decision of the First Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 27 February 2023 (Case R 1399/2021-1).

Operative part of the order

1.    The action is dismissed.

2.    Puma SE shall bear its own costs and pay those incurred by Puma Srl.

3.    The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) shall bear its own costs.
