Order

1        On 14 April 2015, the Court gave judgment in Case T-527/09 RENV.

2        By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 15 April 2015, Ireland requested that two clerical mistakes found in the judgment be corrected in application of Article 84 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court of 2nd May 1991.

3        In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, the parties having been given an opportunity to submit written observations pursuant to Article 164(3) of those rules, it is necessary to rectify the said clerical mistakes.

On those grounds,

THE GENERAL COURT (Third Chamber)

hereby orders:

1.      In paragraph 1 of the judgment, the words “in the Republic of Ireland” should be replaced by “in Ireland”.

2.      In part 3 of the operative part of the judgment, the words “the Republic Ireland” should be replaced by “Ireland”.
