APPLICATION based on Articles 278 TFEU and 279 TFEU, seeking suspension of the operation of the decision of 22 November 2016 taken by the European Parliament to waive Mr Jalkh’s parliamentary immunity in view of the judicial investigation (No 1422400530) brought before the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris (Court of First Instance, Paris, France).
