Application:      under Article 270 TFEU, applicable to the EAEC Treaty pursuant to Article 106a thereof, by which Mr Diamantopoulos seeks annulment of the decision of 29 April 2014 of the European External Action Service (EEAS) not to promote him to grade AD 12 in the 2012 promotion procedure. He also seeks an award of damages.

Held:      Case F‑30/15, Diamantopoulos v EEAS, is removed from the Tribunal register. The parties are to bear the costs in accordance with the agreement reached between them.
