Judgment of the Court of First Instance of 5 March 2002 in Case T-241/00: Azienda Agricola "Le Canne" Srl against Commission of the European Communities ¹

In Case T-241/00: Azienda Agricola "Le Canne" Srl, established in Porto Viro (Italy), represented by G. Carraro, F. Mazzonetto and G. Arendt, lawyers, with an address for service in Luxembourg, against Commission of the European Communities (Agents: E. de March, L. Visaggio and A. Dal Ferro) ( application, first, for annulment of Commission Decision C (2000) 1754 of 11 July 2000 reducing the assistance granted to the applicant in respect of project I/16/90/02, and second, for damages ( the Court of First Instance (First Chamber), composed of B. Vesterdor, President, N. Forwood and H. Legal, Judges; J. Palacio González, Administrator, for the Registrar, has given a judgment on 5 March 2002, in which it:

1.Annuls Decision C (2000) 1754 of 11 July 2000;

2.Dismisses the remainder of the appeal;

3.Orders the Commission to pay the costs, including those of the application for interim relief.
