THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT,

after hearing the Advocate General, J. Mazák,

makes the following

Order

1        By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 18 June 2010 (fax of 17 June), the Republic of Hungary, represented by M. Fehér and K. Szíjjártó, acting as Agents, applied for leave to intervene in Case C-117/10 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.

2        By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 18 June 2010, the Republic of Lithuania, represented by R. Mackevičienė, acting as Agent, applied for leave to intervene in Case C-117/10 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.

3        By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 28 June 2010 (fax of 22 June), the Republic of Poland, represented by M. Szpunar, acting as Agent, applied for leave to intervene in Case C-117/10 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.

4        The applications for leave to intervene were made in accordance with Article 93(1) of the Rules of Procedure, and are submitted pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 40 of the Statute of the Court of Justice.

On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:

1.      The Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Poland are granted leave to intervene in Case C-117/10 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.

2.      A period shall be prescribed within which the interveners must set out, in writing, the pleas in law in support of the forms of order which they seek.

3.      The Registrar shall ensure that copies of all the procedural documents are served on the interveners.

4.      The costs are reserved.
