ACTION brought against the decision of the Second Board of Appeal of OHIM of 1 October 2013 (Case R 776/2011‑2), relating to opposition proceedings between Libelle AG and Chair Entertainment Group LLC.

Operative part

The Court:

1.

Dismisses the action;

2.

Orders Chair Entertainment Group LLC to pay, in addition to its own costs, those incurred by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM);

3.

Orders Libelle AG to pay its own costs.
