Kraemer, with an address for service in Luxembourg) - application for annulment of the applicant's career development review for the 2001-2002 Appraisal - the Court of First Instance (Second Chamber), composed of J. Pirrung, President, N.J. Forwood and S. Papasavvas, Judges; Registrar: I. Natsinas, has given a judgment on 20 April 2005, the operative part of which is as follows:

The decision of 10 April 2003 establishing a career development review for the period from 1 July 2001 to 31 December 2002 is annulled.

The Commission is ordered to pay the costs.
