Application:      brought under Article 270 TFEU, applicable to the EAEC Treaty pursuant to Article 106a thereof, whereby M seeks annulment of the decision of 15 September 2011 whereby the European Medicines Agency (EMA) refused to award him an invalidity allowance.

Held: Case F‑47/12 M v EMA is removed from the register of the Tribunal following the agreement reached between M and the European Medicines Agency. M and the European Medicines Agency are to bear their own costs, in accordance with their agreement.
