Order
1 The Court delivered the judgment of 30 June 2021, MCM Products v EUIPO – The Nomad Company (NOMAD) (T‑285/20, not published, EU:T:2021:397).
2 In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, it is necessary to rectify, in the version in the language of the case, clerical mistakes found in the headwords as well as in the object of that judgment.
On those grounds,
THE GENERAL COURT (Third Chamber)
hereby orders:
1. The headwords of the judgment, in the version in the language of the case, should read as follows:
‘[…] – Invalidity proceedings – […]’
instead of:
‘[…] – Cancellation proceedings – […]’.
2. The paragraph of the judgment, in the version in the language of the case, in which the object is contained should read as follows:

instead of:
