Re:

By its action based on Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks annulment of Commission Decision C(2023) 2282 final of 27 March 2023 constituting an enforceable decision ordering the recovery of a sum of EUR 188 477.27 together with interest.

Operative part of the order

1.    There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the action.

2.    The European Commission is ordered to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by Net Technologies Finland Oy, including those relating to the proceedings for interim measures.
