Re:

By his action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, annulment of the decision of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) of 29 August 2022 terminating his contract as a member of the temporary staff before the end of the probationary period, and, second, compensation for the damage which he allegedly suffered as a result.

Operative part of the order

The action is dismissed as manifestly lacking any foundation in law.

Mr Carlos Miguel Ferreira de Macedo Silva shall bear his own costs and pay those incurred by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex), including those relating to the procedure for interim relief.
