By order of 6 May 2004, the President of the Second Chamber of the Court of First Instance of the European Communities has ordered the removal from the Register of Case T-325/03, E-Sim Ltd v Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM).
