The Court:

Annuls the decision of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 23 September 2020 (Case R 2186/2019-4);

Orders EUIPO to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by Ms Gabriele Schmid;

Orders Landeskammer für Land- und Forstwirtschaft in Steiermark to bear its own costs.
