Fattori, lawyers, against the Commission of the European Communities (Agents: R. Lyal and V. Di Bucci) ─ Application for the annulment of the Commission's letter of 28 January 2004 determining the amount of interest for delay applicable to a fine imposed on the applicant ─ the Court of First Instance (Second Chamber), composed of J. Pirrung, President, N.J. Forwood and S. Papasavvas, Judges; H. Jung, Registrar, made an order on 20 June 2005, the operative part of which is as follows:

The application is dismissed as inadmissible.

The applicant is ordered to pay the costs.
