In Case T-198/02 R: N, a former official of the Commission of the European Communities, residing in Asse (Belgium), represented by N. Lhoëst, lawyer, with an address for service in Luxembourg, against Commission of the European Communities (Agent: J. Currall) ( application for suspension of operation of the decision of 25 February 2002 by which the appointing authority imposed on the applicant the disciplinary measure of removal from post without reduction or withdrawal of entitlement to retirement pension, provided for by Article 86(2)(f) of the Staff Regulations for officials of the European Communities ( the President of the Court of First Instance has made an order on 14 August 2002, in which he:

    1.Dismisses the application for interim measures;

    2.    Orders that costs are reserved.
