The applicant claims that the Court should:

award, in accordance with Article 268 TFEU, read in conjunction with Article 340 TFEU, compensation in the amount of EUR 15 000 for the damage suffered as a result of the Agreement setting up joint investigation team Belgium – France – Netherlands of 13 December 2019 and the related acts of Europol and Eurojust;

order the defendants to pay the costs.

Pleas in law and main arguments

In support of the action brought against the acts of Europol and Eurojust in the context of the ‘Sky ECC’ operation, the applicant puts forward four pleas in law which are essentially identical or similar to those which have been put forward in Case T-1180/23, BW v Europol and Eurojust. ¹
