Re:

ACTION for damages to compensate for the material and non‑material harm allegedly suffered by the applicant as a result of alleged errors of the Commission and its agents inherent in the conditions of grant and the control of loans financed by the European Development Fund (EDF) for its agricultural holding project in Senegal.

Operative part

1.      The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

2.      Mr Michel Abouchar is ordered to pay the costs.
