By her action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks (i) the annulment of the decision of the European External Action Service (EEAS) of 26 August 2020 by which it imposed on her the penalty of removal from post without a reduction of pension rights, and (ii) compensation for the harm which she allegedly suffered as a result of that decision.

Dismisses the action;

Orders WV to pay the costs.
