annul the decision of 28 June 2023 rejecting the requests made by the applicants on 24 April 2023;

order the European Commission to pay the costs.

In support of the action against the decision rejecting their requests to apply Articles 21 and 22 of Annex XIII to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the Union in order to determine their retirement age and the rate of accrual of their pension rights, the applicants rely on a principal plea and an alternative plea which are identical or similar to those relied on in Case T-131/24, CR v Commission.
