ACTION brought against the decision of the Fourth Board of Appeal of OHIM of 20 November 2012 (Case R 1247/2011‑4), concerning opposition proceedings between Formula One Licensing BV and Idea Marketing SA.

The Court:

Dismisses the action;

2.

Orders Formula One Licensing BV to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM) and by Idea Marketing SA.
