Re:

By their application based on Articles 278 and 279 TFEU, the applicants request that the European Commission be ordered, by way of interim measures, to publish the non-redacted versions of all the procurement contracts of vaccines against COVID-19 concluded between it and three pharmaceutical companies on its internet website, that is to say, a complete, unredacted version, subject to a penalty of 100 000 euros for each day’s delay after service on the parties of the decision to be taken.
