Operative part of the order

1.    The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

2.    The Federazione Nazionale delle Cooperative della Pesca (Federcoopesca) and eight other applicants whose names are mentioned in the annex are to bear their own costs and pay those incurred by the European Commission.
