The application is dismissed as inadmissible.

Schutzgemeinschaft Milch und Milcherzeugnisse eV shall bear their own costs and shall pay the costs incurred by the European Commission.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands and Nederlandse Zuivelorganisatie shall bear their own costs.
