Infringement of the second sentence of Article 62 of Regulation No 6/2002 in conjunction with Article 108 of Regulation No 6/2002, with the first sentence of Article 27(2) and (4) of Regulation No 2018/625, 1 and with the infringement of Article 41(2)(c) in conjunction with Article 41(1) of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, namely, the principle of good administration and equality of arms of the parties;
Infringement of Article 8(1), in conjunction with Article 25(1)(b), of Regulation No 6/2002, and with the infringement of Article 41(2)(c) – in conjunction with Article 41(1) – of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, namely, the principle of good administration.
