order EUIPO to pay the costs of the proceedings before the General Court.

Infringement of Article 7(1)(b) and (c) and Article 42(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 of the European Parliament and of the Council;

Infringement of Article 27(1) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/625 in conjunction with Article 42(2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Article 70(2) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/625.
