Operative part of the order

1.    The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

2.    Evropaïki Dynamiki – Proigmena Systimata Tilepikoinonion Pliroforikis kai Tilematikis AE, in addition to bearing its own costs, shall pay the costs incurred by the European Commission.
