Application: under Article 270 TFEU, applicable to the EAEC Treaty pursuant to Article 106a thereof, by which Mr Clausen sought, essentially, annulment of the decision of 27 May 2014 by which the Brussels (Belgium) settlements office of the Joint Sickness Insurance Scheme of the institutions of the European Union rejected his request for payment of 100% of the medical expenses relating to surgery on cataracts affecting both his eyes, on the ground that there was no direct link between the surgical procedure and the applicant’s serious illness.
Held: Case F‑46/15 is removed from the register following the agreement reached between Mr Clausen and the European Commission. Mr Clausen and the European Commission are to bear the costs in accordance with the terms of their agreement.
