The applicant claims that the Court should:
annul the decision of 15 December 2023 and, where necessary, the decision of 9 August 2023, by which the Commission refused to grant [the applicant] a household allowance;
consequently, grant [the applicant] the right to a household allowance under Article 1 of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations;
in any event, order the Commission to pay the costs.

The claim is based on two pleas in law.
Infringement of Article 2(4) of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations; 1
Infringement of Article 1(2)(d) of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations in conjunction with the infringement of Articles 20 and 21 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. 1
