APPLICATION to annul in part the Annex to Commission Regulation (EU) No 861/2010 of 5 October 2010 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff (OJ 2010 L 284, p. 1).

Operative part

The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

2.

There is no need to adjudicate on the applications for leave to intervene made by Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH and Olivetti SpA.

3.

Canon Europa NV is ordered to bear its own costs and pay the costs incurred by the European Commission.
