Operative part

The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

2.

It is not necessary to adjudicate on the applications for leave to intervene submitted by Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH and Olivetti SpA.

3.

Kyocera Mita Europe BV is ordered to bear its own costs and pay those incurred by the European Commission.
