Re:

By his action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks (i) annulment of the decision of 9 June 2022 terminating his contract of employment and annulment of the decision of 20 December 2022 rejecting his complaint brought against the contested decision, and (ii) compensation for the damage which he claims to have suffered.

Operative part of the order

1.    There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the present action.

2.    The European Parliament shall pay the costs.
