The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

Schutzgemeinschaft Milch und Milcherzeugnisee eV shall bear their own costs and shall pay the costs incurred by the European Commission.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Nederlandse Zuivelorganisatie shall bear their own costs.
