The Court:

Joins Cases T-35/10 and T-7/11 for the purpose of the judgment;

Dismisses the actions;

Orders Bank Melli Iran to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by the Council of the European Union;

Orders the French Republic, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the European Commission to bear their own costs.
