Dans l’affaire T‑79/13,
Alessandro Accorinti, demeurant à Nichelino (Italie), et 215 autres requérants dont les noms figurent en annexe, représentés par Mes S. Sutti et R. Spelta, avocats,
parties requérantes,
contre
Banque centrale européenne (BCE), représentée par Mme S. Bening et M. P. Papapaschalis, en qualité d’agents,
partie défenderesse,
ayant pour objet un recours visant à obtenir la réparation du préjudice prétendument subi par les requérants à la suite, notamment, de l’adoption par la Banque centrale européenne (BCE) de la décision 2012/153/UE, du 5 mars 2012, relative à l’éligibilité des titres de créance négociables émis ou totalement garantis par la République hellénique dans le cadre de l’offre d’échange d’obligations par la République hellénique (JO L 77, p. 19), ainsi que d’autres mesures prises par la BCE dans le cadre de la restructuration de la dette publique grecque,
LE PRÉSIDENT DE LA QUATRIÈME CHAMBRE DU TRIBUNAL,
rend la présente
Ordonnance
1 Le 13 décembre 2013, M. le président de la quatrième chambre a rendu une ordonnance rejetant la demande d’intervention de Nausicaa Anadyomène SAS, déposée dans la présente affaire au soutien des conclusions des parties requérantes.
2 Conformément à l’article 84, paragraphe 1, du règlement de procédure, et après que les parties ont été mises en mesure de présenter leurs observations écrites, en application de l’article 84, paragraphe 2, de ce même règlement, il y a lieu de rectifier des erreurs de plume constatées aux points 7 et 17 de l’ordonnance, ainsi qu’au point 2 de son dispositif.
Par ces motifs,
LE PRÉSIDENT DE LA QUATRIEME CHAMBRE DU TRIBUNAL
ordonne :
1) Au point 7 de l’ordonnance, il y a lieu d’ajouter la partie de phrase suivante: «, et à ce que le Tribunal la condamne à supporter ses propres dépens ainsi que ceux exposés par la BCE ».
2) Au point 17 de l’ordonnance, la seconde phrase doit se lire « En l’espèce, conformément aux conclusions de la BCE, il y a lieu d’ordonner que, d’une part, Nausicaa Anadyomène supportera ses propres dépens ainsi que ceux exposés par la BCE et, d’autre part, les requérants supporteront leurs propres dépens occasionnés par la demande d’intervention de Nausicaa Anadyomène » au lieu de « En l’espèce, à défaut de conclusions sur les dépens, il y a lieu d’ordonner que, d’une part, Nausicaa Anadyomène supportera ses propres dépens et, d’autre part, la BCE et les requérants supporteront également leurs propres dépens occasionnés par la demande d’intervention de Nausicaa Anadyomène ».
3) Au point 2 du dispositif de l’ordonnance, il y a lieu de lire « Nausicaa Anadyomène supportera ses propres dépens ainsi que ceux exposés par la Banque centrale européenne afférents à la demande d’intervention » au lieu de « Nausicaa Anadyomène, la Banque centrale européenne, M. Alessandro Accorinti et les 215 autres requérants dont les noms figurent en annexe supporteront leurs propres dépens afférents à la demande d’intervention ».
