1        On 4 February 2016 the General Court delivered judgment in Case T-247/14.

2        In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, it is necessary to rectify a clerical mistake at paragraph 29 of that judgment.

On those grounds,

THE GENERAL COURT (Sixth Chamber)

hereby orders:

Paragraph 29 of the judgment should read as follows:

‘As a preliminary point, it must be noted that the applicant’s second plea in law concerns the dismissal of the opposition as regards the goods in Class 29.’

instead of:

‘As a preliminary point, it must be noted that the applicant’s second plea in law seeks to have the opposition dismissed as regards the goods in Class 29.’
