In Case T-276/02, Forum 187 ASBL, established in Brussels (Belgium), represented by A. Sutton and J. Killick, Barristers, v Commission of the European Communities (Agents: R. Lyal and V. Di Bucci): Application for annulment of the Commission decision of 27 February 2002 to initiate the procedure laid down in Article 88(2) EC in respect of Belgian provisions concerning coordination centres, the Court of First Instance (Second Chamber, Extended Composition), composed of: N.J. Forwood, President, J. Pirrung, P. Mengozzi, A.W.H. Meij and M. Vilaras, Judges; H. Jung, Registrar, has made an order on 2 June 2003, the operative part of which is as follows:
1.Dismisses the action as inadmissible;
2.Orders the applicant to pay the costs.
