Judgment of the Court of First Instance of 13 June 2002 in Case T-106/01: Noé Youssourum v Council of the European Union¹

In Case T-106/01: Noé Youssourum, an official of the Council of the European Union, residing in Brussels, represented by J.-N. Louis and V. Peere, avocats, with an address for service in Luxembourg, v Council of the European Union (Agents: F. Anton and A. Pilette) ( application for annulment of the Council's decision of 8 June 2000 fixing the calculation of the number of years of pensionable service to be credited in consequence of the transfer to the Community pension scheme of the applicant's pension rights acquired by him under the Greek scheme ( the Court of First Instance (Third Chamber), composed of: M. Jaeger, President, and K. Lenaerts and J. Azizi, Judges; J. Plingers, Administrator, for the Registrar, has given a judgment on 13 June 2002, in which it:

1.Dismisses the application;

2.Orders the parties to bear their own costs.
