having regard to the judgment of 6 March 2024, Lidl Stiftung v EUIPOMHCS (Shade of the colour orange) (T‑652/22, not published, EU:T:2024:152),

makes the following

Order

1        The Court delivered the judgment of 6 March 2024, Lidl Stiftung v EUIPOMHCS (Shade of the colour orange) (T‑652/22, not published, EU:T:2024:152).

2        By its application under Article 164 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, the applicant has applied for rectification of that judgment.

3        In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure, it is necessary to rectify, in the version of the language of the case, an obvious inaccuracy found in the phrase ‘the colour sample at issue is digital’ as currently contained in the second sentence of paragraph 51 of that judgment.

On those grounds,

THE GENERAL COURT (Sixth Chamber)

hereby orders:

The phrase ‘the colour sample at issue is digital’, as contained in the second sentence of paragraph 51 of the judgment in the language of the case of 6 March 2024, Lidl  Stiftung v EUIPOMHCS  (Shade of the colour orange) (T652/22, not published, EU:T:2024:152), must be read as ‘the colour sample at issue is digitised’.
