The Court:

Dismisses the action as being inadmissible;

Orders Uno Organización Empresarial de Logística y Transporte to bear its own costs as well as those incurred by the European Commission and by the Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, SA;

Orders the Kingdom of Spain to bear its own costs.
