ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE GENERAL COURT

Application to annul decision ASK-22072 of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) of 14 December 2016, which confirmed the EMA’s decision to grant access to a third party to a document containing information pertaining to the request to authorise the placing of the medicinal product “Galafold” on the market.


1        By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 11 April 2017, the applicants informed the Court, in accordance with Article 125 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, that they wished to discontinue proceedings and requested that each party bears its own costs related to the application for interim measures.

2        By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 21 April 2017, the defendant informed the Court that it does not oppose the discontinuance and will bear its own costs related to the application for interim measures.

3        The case shall therefore be removed from the register and, in accordance with Articles 158(5) and 136(4) of the Rules of Procedure, each party shall bear its own costs related to the application for interim measures.

On those grounds,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE GENERAL COURT

hereby orders:

1.      Case T-33/17 R is removed from the register of the General Court.

2.      Each party shall bear its own costs related to the present application for interim measures.
