Application for interpretation of the order of 12 July 2016, Yanukovych v Council (T-347/14, EU:T:2016:433).

Operative part of the order

Point 3 of the operative part of order of 12 July 2016, Yanukovych v Council (T-347/14), must be interpreted as meaning that, as regards the claim for annulment made in the application, it covers both costs incurred by Mr Viktor Viktorovych Yanukovych and those incurred by Mrs Olga Stanislavivna Yanukovych, as heir of Mr Viktorovych Yanukovych.

Mrs Stanislavivna Yanukovych, as heir of Mr Viktorovych Yanukovych, on the one hand, and the Council of the European Union, on the other hand, shall each bear their own costs relating to the interpretation proceedings.

The European Commission shall bear its own costs.

The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the order interpreted, in the margin of which reference shall be made to this order.
