In Case T-187/03: Isabella Scippacercola, residing in Brussels (Belgium), represented initially by K. Adamantopoulos and D. Papakrivopoulos, lawyers, and subsequently by K. Adamantopoulos and B. Keane, Solicitor, with an address for service in Luxembourg, against Commission of the European Communities (Agents: L. Flynn and P. Aalto, with an address for service in Luxembourg) ( application for annulment of the Commission's decision of 19 March 2003 rejecting the application made by the applicant for access to a document relating to the project for the new Athens International Airport at Spata (Greece) ( the Court of First Instance (Third Chamber), composed of J. Azizi, President, M. Jaeger and O. Czúcz, Judges; I. Natsinas, Administrator, for the Registrar, gave a judgment on 17 March 2005, in which it:

1.    Dismisses the action;

2.    Orders the applicant to pay the costs.
