APPLICATION for: (1) annulment of the letter of 1 December 2014 from one of the heads of unit of the Directorate General ‘Climate Action’ from the European Commission allegedly informing the applicant of its interpretation of Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 April 2014, on fluorinated greenhouse gases and repealing Regulation (EC) No 842/2006 (OJ 2014 L 150, p. 195), and; (2) compensation for the damage allegedly suffered.
