Operative part of the order
1. There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the present action.
2. The European Commission shall bear its own costs and half of the costs incurred by Athinaïki Techniki AE.
3. Athinaïki Techniki shall bear half of its own costs.
4. Athens Resort Casino AE Symmetochon shall bear its own costs.
