1        On 18 December 2008, the Court of First Instance gave judgment in joined Cases T-211/04 and T-215/04.

2        By letter lodged at the Registry of the Court on 26 January 2009, the applicant in Case T-211/04 requested that an error found in the judgment relating to the description of the lawyers representing the Government of Gibraltar be corrected in application of Article 84 of the Rules of Procedure.

3        In accordance with Article 84(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of First Instance, the parties having been given an opportunity to lodge their written observations pursuant to Article 84(2) of the Rules of Procedure, it is necessary to rectify the clerical mistakes of that judgment found in the description of the lawyers representing the Government of Gibraltar in Case T-211/04.

On those grounds,

hereby orders:

The description of the lawyers representing the Government of Gibraltar in Case T-211/04 should be read as follows:
