The Court:

Dismisses the actions;

2.

Orders Changshu City Standard Parts Factory and Ningbo Jinding Fastener Co. Ltd to bear their own costs and to pay those of the Council of the European Union and the European Industrial Fasteners Institute AISBL (EIFI);

3.

Orders the European Commission to bear its own costs.
