Operative part

The actions are dismissed as inadmissible.

2.

The applicants, Veromar di Tudisco Alfio & Salvatore Snc and the 16 other applicants whose names appear in the annex, shall bear their own costs and pay the costs incurred by the Commission of the European Communities.
